LAHORE: To express solidarity with Kashmiri people, Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) has decided to hold public meeting on February 5 in Lahore.
Former president Asif Ali Zardari has directed the party leadership in Punjab to make arrangements for the public meeting at historical Mochi gate area of Lahore on February 5 for expressing solidarity with the victims of Indian atrocities in held Kashmir and ceasefire violation in AJK.
The rally would be addressed by central leaders of the party.
Former president said that the UN should play its role resolution of the Kashmir issue.
KARACHI, January 18: Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has strongly condemned the barbaric killings of two women polio workers in Quetta on Wednesday.
In a statement, the PPP Chairman said that entire nation was in a state of grief over the martyrdom of the innocent polio workers in Balochistan and demanded immediate arrest of the killers.
Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said that nation salutes the health workers engaged in Jehad against the deadly disease and called upon the government for provided fool-proof security to the polio workers in the entire country.
